USITC Judge Ruled That AVD Won The Case Of CCELL Patent Infringement

On February 3, according to foreign reports, the administrative judge of the United States International Trade Commission (USITC) ruled on Wednesday that the headquartered in Seattle,Washington Company Next Level Ventures (affiliated company name: AVD, a manufacturer and distributor of herbal and CBD atomizers in the United States), won a patent infringement case against CCELL’s Chinese parent company, Smoore International.
