By foreign media report,Tempe, Arizona, USA is considering allowing retailers to purchase licenses to sell tobacco (including vape) products.
According to Frontera Desk,a proposal of the Council Committee requires the registration of enterprises selling tobacco throughout the city and the establishment of a process to revoke the license of retailers who repeatedly sell tobacco to minors.
It also recommends raising the age of purchasing tobacco products to 21. Federal law has banned the purchase of tobacco products from anyone under the age of 21, but Arizona has no similar state law.
Tempe will hold two community meetings and an online survey in March, and then the city council will deal with the issue in April or May of 2023.
We think this is a positive news. By legalizing vaping product to stabilize vape pens as quit smoking devices, more people will accept and try to taste vape pens.
We hope that vape products will give Arizona a better life.
