Serbia Prohibit Disposable Vape Pen Sell to Minors.
Serbia will impose fines on dealers who sell vape pens to minors, including 0 nicotine disposable vape pen, rechargeable vape pen, etc.
The revision law stipulates that it is forbidden to sell and give any kind vape pens to people under 18.
Serbia has recently amended the Law on Consumer Protection. The dealers who sell vape pens or other tobacco products to minors will pay a fine of 50,000 Serbian Timan. It also bans persons under 18 from selling such products.

The ministry believes the disposable vape pens nicotine-delivery systems present a significant health problem.
According to the ministry, disposable vape pens encourages nicotine addiction and exposing users to carcinogenic substances. Moreover, they also increase the likelihood that individuals will start using other tobacco products, such as cigarettes, according to the ministry.
The revision law fills a void in an area that was previously unregulated.
The ministry get a conclusion according conducted research. “By consuming an vape pen, with or without nicotine filling, not only water vapor is sent into the air but also a number of chemicals. The harmful effects of these products reflect on the health of individuals and intensively spread to all components of the environment,” it stated.
This is a further improvement of Serbia. Also, it help protecting minors from vape pens damage.
Although some of the disposable vape pens are 0 nicotine disposable vape pens.
Ministry of Internal and Foreign Trade(Serbia) says that the country had not define vape pen products. In addition, they have not prohibited from selling vape, like rechargeable vape pens, 0 nicotine disposable vape pens to minors. The revised “Consumer Protection Law” will fill the gap in the country’s regulatory field. The revised law stipulates that it is forbidden to sell and give vape pen products to people under the age of 18.
