At the Birmingham Vape Expo UK, China vape manufacturers like SMOORE, RELX, Elux and Flonq have launched innovative recycling plans.
China vape manufacturers are taking actions to promote the sustainable development of the vape industry.

Recently, disposable vape pen products have attracted the attention of British public opinion because of its impact on the environment. At the Vape Expo UK, SMOORE announced that it will launch the world’s first one-time product end-to-end full-link recovery system in Britain with RELX join together. Consumers can recycle the used disposable products and exchange for corresponding benefits through two ways, express companies and retail stores.
At the same time, the professional recycling agency which SMOORE cooperating will provide a 100% disassembly and 0 landfill environmental protection solutions. SMOORE said that the system can minimize the impact of disposable products on the environment, thereby achieving sustainable industry development.
As one of the famous China vape manufacturers, Elux plans to invest 200,000 recovery barrels.
Elux are also taking actions. Elux stuff said that Elux will launch an environmental protection plan to solve the environmental protection issues brought by disposable vape pens.
According to reports, Elux has designed a special recycling barrel. And it plans to place 200,000 of this barrel in various vape shops in the UK this year. After recycling these used disposable vapes, they will be shipping to Indonesia and then disassemble them. At the same time, Elux staff said that every time a vape is recovered, it will pay $ 0.1 for charity.
FLONQ launched Flonq Plus-E.
FLONQ launched the first recyclable vape pen device Flonq Plus-E at the exhibition. The FLONQ Plus-E device can be easily disassembled after use. It will be helpful for recycling them. In addition, the unique design of this product includes a detachable battery located at the bottom of the device. Moreover, Flong Plus-E also has a patent children’s lock system that obtains a patent to prevent children and adolescents from unauthorized use.
