The expo is set to span over three days at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC), Marston Green, Birmingham, B40 1NT, UK. Visitors will need to access Halls 9, 10, 11, and 12 via a single entry point. Due to the nature of the exhibition, it is strictly open to individuals over the age of 18.

The expo will operate from 9:00 am to 18:00 pm on Friday and Saturday, and from 9:00 am to 16:00 pm on Sunday.

The Vaper Expo UK has an innovative system where purchasing a ticket to an event grants you membership, entitling you to free event access for life. However, as per the latest update, this feature is still under construction.

Different ticket options are available depending on the day and the type of visitor. Friday, 27th October is the Business to Business (B2B) day, open only to trade, press, and VIP visitors. Purchasing a ticket for this day grants access to the entire duration of the expo.

When is The Vaper Expo UK taking place?

The Vaper Expo UK will hold from 27th October 2023 to 29th October 2023. Doors to the pre show entertainment area open at 8am. Main doors open at 10am. Closing times are 6pm Friday, 6pm Saturday and 4pm Sunday. Please be aware that the first day of the event (Friday) is only open to B2B and VIP ticket holders.
