JSBvape world view:Bidi Vapor and Kaival, the exclusive distributor in the United States, have signed an agreement to conduct new distribution to about 13500 locations.
According to the terms of the agreement, Bidi Stick of Bidi Vapor will first be launched in 700 distribution locations, and it is estimated that there will be 1500 distribution locations in the next 90 days. All new outlets meet the requirements of Kaival Brand and Bidi Vapor, including the requirements for customer authentication and protection against minors.
Eric Mosser, president and CEO of Kaival, said in a statement, “We are pleased to announce these important new distribution agreements, totaling up to 13500 new locations. We hope to continue to increase the marketing and sales activities of Bidi Stick. Since Bidi Vapor successfully sued FDA in August 2022 to revoke the marketing refusal order for electronic cigarette products, we have seen the emergence of interested retailers and potential distributors again.”
“Although FDA is still slow in implementing the crackdown on bad behavior, major retailers are demonstrating their commitment to the category of electronic cigarettes and choosing brands that are committed to preventing minors from contacting and responsible marketing adult products. We believe that the products are fully in line with this category, and we hope that this positioning will bring more revenue to Kaival in 2023.”
